Identifying the Action --- This is a clear action that End Users are expected to be able to perform by the end of the course.  Keeping all the key considerations in mind, its important to derive definite actions that End Users will be able to perform after the training session.

Arrange Bookmarks in the Bookmark Bar 

Search for all records between any two dates. 

Defining an Observable Manifestation: The specific, observable outcome of the action identified above. This explains what an end user will be able to do if they master the stated action.

Action - Arrange Bookmarks in the Bookmark Bar 

Manifestation of the Action - End Users can quickly navigate to frequently used records or screens of choice.  

Learning Objective – At the end of this session, the End Users will be able to quickly navigate to any records or screen of choice that is frequently used via the properly arranged Bookmarks in the Bookmark Bar 

Example of a well-defined Learning Objective  

Using the two components above, a learning objective for the IFS Cloud Search Functions training program might be:  

By the end of the course, End Users will be able to Search for all work assignments between any given two dates to find the unassigned tasks between those dates.
